About Us
KIDZ R KIDZ Early Learning Centre is registered for children between 6 weeks and 5 years of age. The centre is owned by
KIDZ R KIDZ Pty Ltd under directorship of Divina Guerrera and Jose Guerrera.
Divina has a degree in Arts from Monash University and has taught for 10 years prior to setting up a centre in 1995 where she ran the centre for 10 years. Divina then trained 70 childcare students at Lady Gowrie Centre and has now returned to establishing Kidz R Kidz Early Learning Centre.
Divina co-ordinates the daily routines of the centre and is available from 9am Monday to Friday. Divina employs and organizes staff, committees, newsletters, fees and updates centre and parent information.
Divina is from an Italian background and understands the problems that migrants face and is keen to support families of all cultures in settling in to the centre and into the Cranbourne community. She has had a local business in the area for 3 years and is familiar with the needs and qualities of the Cranbourne community.
Jose supports Divina in making final decisions about the running of the Centre and is involved in the centre and grounds maintenance. Jose was raised in Argentina and speaks Italian, Spanish and English.
Both Directors are open to parents’ suggestions and welcome this input into making the childrens’ early years of learning and play the best they can be.
Divina and Jose have 2 children and have enjoyed setting up this centre from scratch inorder to give parents satisfaction and peace of mind in making Kidz R Kidz the second home of children who grow up here.
Kidz R Kidz is more than a business, it is a high quality learning experience for all. In setting up this centre the attitude taken has been to ensure children have all possible resources and a safe environment in which they can develop as healthy and happy individuals.
The philosophy of caring for the children is to treat them as we would want our children to be nurtured and educated. This aim is also conveyed to all staff to ensure that all have the same personal and professional goal in mind.
