Childcare fees & CCS, made clearer
One transparent daily fee, practical guidance and an estimator to help you start planning.
$157 per day
The same daily fee applies across age groups and permanent or casual bookings. This is the full fee before any eligible Child Care Subsidy.
We’ll talk through your preferred days, what is included and the steps to enrol, so you can plan with confidence.
Free Kinder support
Eligible kindergarten families may receive a separate Free Kinder fee offset of up to $2,101 in 2026. This reduces out-of-pocket fees after CCS; it does not make the full day free.
Estimate your out-of-pocket cost
This calculator is a planning guide. Your confirmed CCS assessment, funded hours and family circumstances determine your actual subsidy.
Estimate your childcare cost
Use our Kidz R Kidz CCS estimator to explore your potential weekly cost. Enter your booked session length, which may differ from the hours your child attends. The 12-hour value is an example; confirm your session with our team.
Important: This calculator provides an estimate only and is not a determination of CCS entitlement. Actual CCS is determined by Services Australia. The estimate uses the 2026–27 Centre Based Day Care hourly rate cap for children below school age and assumes the standard 5% CCS withholding. Individual circumstances, absences, session reporting and other rules may change the amount payable. This estimate does not include any separate Victorian Free Kinder fee offset.
