Meet Belinda
Hello, my name is Belinda, and I am the room leader in the Lorikeets (babies) room at Kidz R Kidz. I am eager to meet all of you and work together to establish a nurturing and stimulating environment for your little ones. With over ten years of experience working with infants and toddlers in various childcare settings, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role.
My background includes developing age-appropriate activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and building strong relationships with both children and their families. I am deeply passionate about early childhood development. My philosophy on early childhood education centres around the belief that every child is unique and deserves a loving, supportive environment to thrive.
I focus on fostering curiosity, creativity, and emotional well-being through play-based learning and open-ended exploration. By collaborating closely with families, I aim to establish a solid foundation for each child’s lifelong learning journey. I am looking forward to getting to know each of you and working together to create a joyful and enriching environment in our Lorikeets room.

Will you follow my baby’s routine?
Absolutely! During orientation visits, we’ll learn about your child’s routine at home and do our best to follow it from day one.
We don’t believe in having separate “home routines” and “childcare routines”. Instead, we aim to provide continuity of care by keeping your child’s familiar routines consistent wherever possible. This helps minimise disruptions, support better rest and make the transition between home and childcare a little easier for everyone.
How do you help babies settle?
Can we visit before deciding?
Absolutely! Bring your little one along, meet our caring educators and explore our nursery during a relaxed, welcoming tour. See where the cuddles, little discoveries and special moments happen every day. Come and feel the love for yourself!
We believe that children choose their centre! You may love us, but if your child doesn’t feel it, that’s important too!
